We currently accepts the following payment methods: All major credit cards, US$ and CDN$ denominated checks drawn from US or Canadian banks, and US$ and CDN$ denominated money orders.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards. You can submit your order using a credit card online, or over the phone.

Checks and Money Orders
We accept US$ and CDN$ denominated checks drawn from US or Canadian banks, and US$ and CDN$ denominated money orders by mail. We will complete your order as soonas the check clears.Should you require a refund, you will be sent a check in the mail. A $5 fee is applied if you require the refund to be credited to your credit card. Please mail your check or money order to the address listed at the end of this policy statement.
Shipping & Handling Charges
We do not charge any taxes to US orders. applicable taxes only apply in Canada.
We offer flat rate shipping in the United States of $3.95. This includes shipping via UPS with insurance and a tracking number. The flat rate fee applies to an order of ANY size.
All Canadian shipping charges are approximated on our order forms and may be slightly more or less based on your location.
International shipping is $17USD and is subject to change based on the package weight. However, the customer will be notified before any further charges are applied.
Continental US Delivery Schedule for regular stock items
We ship via FedEx. The package is insured and trackable both online and by telephone. An express courier upgrade option is offered (when available) for an extra fee. We ship out the same or next business day.
Shipping times are:
6 business days - California
5-6 business days - Western states and some midwestern states
4-5 business days - Central north and south states
2-4 business days - Eastern and southeastern states
Please be sure you enter your address accurately, there is an additional fee if we have to re-ship an item due to an incorrect address.
Returns - Money Back Guarantee
Everything we sell comes with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you cannot refill at least one of your cartridges and our representatives were unable to help you, you cna return any items for a full refund of the purchase price less the shipping costs. Our satisfaction guarnatee extends for 3 months from the date of your original shipment.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged product. Please visit our Customer Care page for instructions.
In most cases it takes about 3-4 weeks to process a return.
